Shipping & Delivery

American Goodies offer delivery to anywhere in the UK. Delivery charges are calculated dependent on the total weight of your order. We use Royal Mail for small orders and Parcel Force for larger ones. We are one of the few online retailers who don’t profit from shipping – the price you pay covers the packaging and courier payment.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day, and use online tracking and sign on receipt where available.

If Parcel Force has been used, you will have received an email notification direct from Parcel Force containing a tracking number, which will allow tracking through the Parcel Force website www.parcelforce.com. This will show you the progress of your order and where the order has been left should you have missed the delivery. If you do miss a Parcel Force delivery, Parcel Force may leave your parcel with a local Post Office or may return your order to the Parcel Force depot for re-delivery at a later time. Please contact us if you are having problems tracking your Parcel Force order.

Damaged orders
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please do not throw away any of the items before contacting us as we will not be able to initiate a claim with our courier without photographic evidence. If any items in your order are damaged, please contact us with your order number, delivery address and a description of the damage with photographic evidence. American Goodies will then process a claim with the courier on your behalf. 

Payment Methods
American Goodies takes your security very seriously. Not only do we contract a 100% secure Credit and Debit card processor (PaymentSense), we use PayPal and participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode schemes to combat fraudulent transactions. These schemes work in association with your bank to ensure you’re refunded if there is ever a problem. American Goodies has also purchased and installed an SSL certificate, giving you piece of mind that all your data is encrypted and protected.

We show VAT, which is currently 20%. All prices on our website include VAT, which may be broken down on your invoice when checking out.
